Under the theme &#8220;Yoga for Wellness,&#8221; students and staff engaged in a mass yoga session led by a renowned instructors by Bharat Swabhiman nyaas in association with Patanjali Yog samiti exploring diverse asanas and meditation techniques. Around 600 students participated in this Yoga drive. Health talks focused on stress management and nutrition complemented the day.
