Celebration of 78th Independence Day
78th Independence day celebrated with a great enthusiasm in Adyakrantiveer Vasudev Balwant Phadke Vidyalaya , New Panvel on 15 th August 2024. Head Mistresses of all sections , all the teachers, students of selected classes, alumni, parents attended the program.
The program was started with welcoming the all the gathered crowd along with chief guest, parents of first ranker Miss. Devyanee Shinde of s.s.c. exam 2023-24. As per our school tradition parents of first ranker of s.s.c. exam got honour to hoist the flag. Student representative Mst. Sarthak
Kupte from English Medium Secondary Section commanded to all the students for flag hoisting ceremony. The tricolour flag of our nation was
saluted followed by national song , Rajya geet and flag song.
All the dignitaries worshipped the portrait of Bharat Mata and school founder Adya krantiveer Vasudev Balwant Phadke. School choir group presented melodious patriotic song . Student representatives of all the sections expressed patriotism and honour towards our country through their inspirational speech. Then the honorable chief guest expressed his view towards independence day and praised school for different activities which arranged in school for the students overall development . He expressed his gratitude towards school to honor him as today’s guest.

appreciated all the students of std 8th &9th who contributed to decorate the auditorium through sketches of freedom fighters, slogan writing and tricolour decorative articles. She addressed the students that duty towards the nation to make it great and free from poverty, corruption and environmental problems .
In this way , the program was concluded with the spirit of great enthusiasm in mind.
