Eco-friendly Ganeshotsav celebration –
M. E. S. Phadke Vidyalaya New Panvel, English Medium, Secondary Section organized rally in Sector 4, 5, 6 and 7 area of тАЛтАЛNew Panvel on 4th September 2024 from 8 to 9:30 a.m. to celebrate environment friendly Ganeshotsav. Various slogans, motivational street plays were included in this rally.

Students, teachers and parents of class VIII and IX participated enthusiastically. Rally was organized with the aim of appealing to the society to protect the environment while celebrating Ganeshotsav. Plant and conservation of trees, avoid pollution, use рд╢рд╛рдбреВ soil idols, use eco-friendly materials for decoration, avoid use of plastic, include educational and community awareness programs in public Ganeshotsav, use artificial cisterns for immersion such slogans of flashcards presented ‘in this rally. The concept of ‘Green Ganesha, Happy Ganesha’ presented through the inspirational street play, the community was urged to celebrate an environment-friendly Ganesha festival. Two days before environment friendly rally Ganesha decoration competition was organized for the students.In this competition, all the students used eco-friendly materials to make the innovative Makhar. The principal of the school, Manisha Mahajan, appreciated the students as well as the street play composed by Vaibhavi Maral., and also appealed to all the citizens of the area to celebrate an environment-friendly Ganeshotsav. Through this activity various talents were promoted under civic etiquette of the students. Residents of the area expressed the opinion that this activity which preserves social commitment gives scope for latent qualities and happiness in the students. Parents appreciated this special initiative and promised to celebrate Ganeshotsav in an environment friendly way.
