M.E.S. Adyakrantiveer Vasudev Balwant Phadke Vidyalaya, New Panvel, English medium organized a field visit to a water plant at Harigram, near New Panvel vicinity for the students of 3 to 7. Our main purpose for this visit was to give practical knowledge about how raw water is treated, purified, then packed in different liters of bottles, and dispatched to various outlets. They got a good amount of information about the overall procedure usually carried out in water purification. There 300 students visited the plant along with 10 teaching faculty. Through this visit, students become familiar with the industrial water purification system and get knowledge of different units of water treatment plants.
