Ashadhi Ekadashi Celebration

“Vitthal Vitthal Jai Hari Vitthal…”

To help students understand the significance of Ashadhi

Ekadashi, the Pre-Primary Section of our school celebrated the festival on 4th July 2025.

A beautifully decorated palkhi (palanquin) was prepared by all the teachers and support staff, in which a photo of Lord Vitthal was placed. The respected Headmistress, Mrs. Namita Joshi, performed the worship of the palkhi along with the students dressed as Vitthal and Rukmini.

Students from Playgroup, Nursery, and Sr. KG wore traditional warkari attire (devotees’ dress), adding devotion and joy to the celebration.

Co-teacher Mrs. Manisha Patil narrated a lovely story to the students, explaining the importance of Ashadhi Ekadashi
