First Day of School
The new academic year commenced on Monday, 15th June 2026, with great enthusiasm in the Pre-Primary Department. The corridors and entrance were attractively decorated by the teachers and support staff to create a warm and welcoming environment. Students were greeted with a traditional Aukshan and sought the blessings of Goddess Saraswati. Class-wise photographs were taken to preserve the memories of this special day.
The Pre-Primary Section celebrated Father's Day with great enthusiasm on 27 June 2026. The programme witnessed the active participation of fathers, who graciously shared their cherished memories and heartfelt experiences with their children.
As a token of love and gratitude, the students presented handmade greeting cards to their fathers. A variety of fun-filled games and interactive activities were also organised, encouraging joyful participation and strengthening the bond between fathers and their children.
The celebration concluded on a happy note, leaving all participants with memorable moments and reinforcing the values of love, appreciation, and family togetherness.
🧘♀️✨ Yoga Day Celebration – Pre-Primary Section ✨🧘♂️
Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm by our little yogis at the School Auditorium. The students participated joyfully in various yoga activities and learned the importance of fitness, balance, and healthy living. 🌿💛
Ashadhi Ekadashi was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the Pre-Primary Section on 24th July 2026. Students came dressed in traditional attire. The celebration included Vitthal-Rukmini pooja, a short story, Abhang, devotional chanting of “Dnyanoba-Tukaram,” and a joyful Dindi procession. The students and teachers participated enthusiastically, creating a devotional and joyful atmosphere. 🙏✨
On Friday, 17th July 2026, the Pre-Primary Department organized a Monsoon Project to provide students with an engaging and experiential learning experience. The project creatively showcased monsoon elements such as waterfalls, farms, rainbows, umbrellas, trees, birds, animals and children enjoying the rain.
Students also displayed handmade paper boats, while health-related displays featuring a doctor, nurse and ambulance highlighted the importance of health and safety during the rainy season.
Teachers explained each element and guided students about seasonal changes, the importance of monsoon and healthy practices. Parents also visited the project, appreciated the creative presentation and shared their valuable feedback.
Guru Purnima & Matru-Pitru Pujan
On 29th July 2026, the Pre-Primary Department celebrated Guru Purnima and Matru-Pitru Pujan with devotion and enthusiasm. The programme began with the worship of Maharshi Vyas, followed by Guru Vandana and prayers. Assistant Teacher Trupti Ma’am narrated a meaningful story on Guru Purnima.
Students performed Aukshan and offered flowers to their parents, seeking their blessings. The initiative helped nurture values of respect, gratitude and cultural awareness among the students. Parents appreciated the initiative and actively participated in the celebration.
The Pre-Primary Department celebrated the Deep Pujan Project on Wednesday, 12th August 2026, to introduce students to the cultural significance of lamps as symbols of light, purity, and positivity.
Students brought and beautifully decorated various types of lamps, creating an attractive display. 🪔🌈 Principal Mrs. Joshi Ma’am performed the puja, followed by shloka recitation. Sujata Ma’am narrated a story about Deep Amavasya. Parents visited the project and appreciated the students’ efforts. 🌸🙏
A Day of Rain 🌧️☔
The Pre-Primary Department organized “A Day of Rain”, a joyful and educational activity to introduce students to the rainy season and its importance. Students learned about raincoats, umbrellas, and rainy-season safety. ☔🌈
They enthusiastically participated in paper boat making and enjoyed rain-themed songs, poems, and stories. ⛵🎶 The activity enhanced their creativity, observation skills, and love for nature. 🌿✨
The Pre-Primary Department organized a “Nag Panchami Project” on 17th August 2026 to introduce students to the festival and its cultural significance. Students also learned about the importance of snakes in nature and the need to respect and protect every living being. 🌿🐍
A beautiful display was created using snake pictures, clay anthills, cut-outs of women worshipping snakes, girls enjoying swings, and grass decorations. Principal Mrs. Namita Joshi Ma’am, along with the teachers and support staff, performed the puja. 🙏🌸
The activity helped develop students’ observation skills, love for nature, and respect for Indian culture. Parents also appreciated the project and shared positive feedback. ✨🌿
