77th Independence day celebration 

                   

                       A.V.B. Phadke Vidyalaya, New Panvel Celebrated Independence Day with Zest and Patriotism on 15th August, 2023. The ground of A.V.B.Phadke Vidyalaya resonated with the spirit of patriotism as the school celebrated India’s 77th Independence Day with great enthusiasm. The event organized by the school management and staff was attended by the students, teachers, parents, alumni, and local dignitaries.  The festivities commenced with the hoisting of the national flag by Mr. Ramesh Gade, father of the first ranker, S.S.C. Board March 2023, accompanied by the school’s headmistresses.  The tricolor soared high symbolizing the freedom and unity of the nation. All were standing on the ground for the salutation, pledge, and patriotic song. After this, all were led to the assembly hall for further programs.   At first, the guest and all headmistresses worshipped the portrait of Bharat Mata and Adyakrantiveer Vasudev Balwant Phadke, which was followed by a patriotic song by our students. 

                    The program started with the publication of manuscripts (Our World & Success from Inspiration)prepared by std 8  in which the students expressed their views regarding the school. On this occasion Miss. Tanisha Chavan, Mst. Shardul Loompatki and Miss. Pari Kulkarni conveyed the spirit of patriotism through their speech.  Addressing the gathering, the chief guest emphasized the importance of freedom, unity, and the role of education in shaping responsible citizens.  He also appreciated the school activities and thanked the school management for inviting him as a chief guest. The event concluded with the speech of Manisha Mahajan, the Headmistress of the secondary section of the English medium. She urged the students to remember the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters and to contribute positively to the growth of the nation.
